These shot glasses were ordered about 12 days before the wedding. They were the only company that said they could deliver them before the wedding. They actually arrived two days before. These glasses are classy etched with the bride & grooms name and wedding date. They even took a shot in them after they said I do.

Not a solid engraving, but satisfied at the end
The engraving is frosted & not a solid print as depicted in the description. I'm a couple of weeks away from my wedding date & frustrated I didn't receive what I wanted, as advertised by the vendor, but at the end I had a good experience with Amazon for intervening in my behalf. I contacted the seller & they stated they only do frosted prints & they offered a 30% refund, and to keep the shipment as well. I reached out again as I wasn't satisfied & they offered a 50% refund excluding tax. I was still a bit annoyed as IT IS FOR MY WEDDING & NO TIME TO GET A REPLACEMENT. Yes, they look cute but NOT what I wanted for my wedding, so I was still disappointed & annoyed. Minutes later Amazon called to inform the vendor agreed to process a full refund for my troubles. That is the reason why I submit 3 stars, for effort, but for clarity on the sale it would be zero stars as the pictures are misleading. Thank you Amazon customer service for the follow-up & going above and beyond to make me happy. Thank you to the vendor for understanding & being willing to offer a refund.
