Yongchuang Metal Backless Counter Bar Stool for Indoor-Outdoor(Pack of 4) (24", Swivel Wooden Seat Backless)

I love these chairs...they are super cool looking. They are very sturdy and modern. I do not however love that 2 of the wood seats were split and 1 of the chairs has a screw that is not threaded and will not hold the back on. Dealing with a company through email has not been easy. There response was “not to worry” they would send me 2 new seats and refund me for 1 chair as they are sold in packs of four...and sending a new one isn’t possible. I’ve yet to see any confirmation. I’ll update this review if they follow through with these things.Update: 9/17I received a refund for 1 of the chairs and 2 new wooden seats were sent to me. Overall the customer service was great and the chairs are awesome. With these corrections I will change my review accordingly.

Nice stools. They're sturdy and seem to be top quality. They came well packaged. One of my 4 stools was missing a piece so I contacted them. They responded quickly and sent the missing item. Good experience. I believe I got the 26" height for my counter height island and they're the perfect height.

Ordered on a Monday and it was delivered the following Monday which isn’t that bad considering it went across the country with ground shipping. The stools are a great addition and there are no complaints with the order. The stools are already assembled and the only thing you need to do is attach the low back rest, of you purchased that option. The screws are obviously provided and there are 4 screws for each stool. The package does include the Allen key for the screws which isn’t a deal breaker but it is nice to have the provided Allen key so I could install the back rests. The stools are really strong and can’t say anything bad about them at all. The color is a dark brown/bronze color and looks great as well. Some other reviews say that the wood seat part isn’t that smooth... and for some it might not be. But it’s not going to rip or tear anyone’s clothes as far as I’m concerned. It’s smooth enough for everyday use.

These are great counter stools! Love the modern industrial vibe. We just moved into our new home and I searched and searched for just the right ones and finally found these..and what a great price too! Perfect height for my small kids to be able to get in and out of easily, and fit under counter also when not in use. Great quality and seem very durable. We have gotten lots of compliments on them already!

I love these. One came with a nick in the wood seat and one came with a scratch on the metal leg. However, I didn't have the time or patience to go through returning and waiting for a replacement. We use ours without the back so we can stack them and store them when not in use. We did attach the back to one for my two year old son. I love the backs and I would put them on all if you could stack them with the backs on. They seem sturdy when we sit on them and they have held up to my boys climbing all over them like monkeys.

I needed chairs quickly and these did suffice but one chair had a partially collapsed foot on one leg.What made me wonder was that I didn't notice it until some time had passed because the partial collapsed foot made the chair perfectly level.After some thought the only thing I can think of is that it was done on purpose to level the a chair with a slightly longer leg at the factory.Hmmm.

Fast shipping and great customer service (I ordered 2x sets and had to return 1). I'm using the stools in my open concept dining area and they're great. They were easy to set up and I think they would look good without the backs as well. The size is good for my low table.
