Ok but not for me
I thought the taste wasn’t great but ok. It made my workout feel great in that I could push harder than normal but it gave me a heavy head a few hours later which I really did not like :( I even built up to the half scoop like one of the other reviewers recommended. I’ve had a chuck it in the bin which was a real shame but if it’s giving me headache then something in it doesn’t agree with me. I’m going back to PhD Perform which works for me and tastes much better in my opinion.

I first tried this stuff about 7-8 years ago and it blew my socks off. A lot gittery yes and serious tingles but crazy energy, enough to go all out on a circuits class and then hit the gym after and still be up for more, and this was on half a scoop! Made the mistake of taking at 4pm once, couldn’t get to sleep that night at all lol.Now skip forward to pre-pandemic and I was very disappointed. Reviews weren’t good and I have to agree. Most of the zip you got from the old stuff had gone.Prices went crazy after that but have now dropped slightly so I thought why not - now I know! It does nothing for me any more. Even a heaped scoop has little effect, just tastes stronger, that’s it. I’ve not tried it as a bed time drink but I think you could. Save yourself some money and take a pro plus with squash, you’ll get the same effect…If you can be bothered, read the reviews from 7-9 years ago, there’s some crazy and funny stories of what people got up to on this stuff, insane feats of exercise endurance and stamina. There’s none of the any more, not even the 5star reviews- that should tell you something.I’m usually loyal to a product but sorry Granade, you’ve lost a customer 🙁
Take one half scoop (11.6 grams) of Grenade .50 Calibre, mixed into 150 to 250mL of cold water, about 30 minutes prior to training. For those who have previously used pre-workout formulas and want the most dramatic results, up the dosage to one full scoop (23.2g) with 300 to 500mL of cold water.
