Schwarzkopf Live Colour + Lift Red Hair Dye, 3-Pack Permanent Colour with Vibrant Results, Covers Greys, L75 Deep Red

I’ve dyed my hair orange quite a few times to get the gingery kind of look but wanted more vibrancy this time, I recommend for a more vibrant colour doing it on freshly bleached her however are used to use this box on brown my hair naturally is quite dark and it works well still. I dyed my hair with this box in August last year and I’ve used the boxes and still have the same vibrancy now then I did when I first did it as long as you keep touching up your roots the colour maintain so well it’s amazing value. The only thing I recommend is if you want a more natural orangey ginger look to leave it on for less time I don’t have as much bleach on your hair before as it will make it very orange. I personally love the smell of this hair dye brand in comparison to other brands and I think it is good in terms of it does not hurt your scalp to apply personally myself and as someone who has bleached hair several times in a year some brands hurt my scalp where is this one never does! Attached photos; first was after freshly dying my hair with bleach before very vibrant, the second photo is from April 2022 and the last time I dyed my hair with this colour was in November 2021. Take this with an understanding of every hair face at different paces but considering I haven’t dyed my hair in five months this colour has stuck to my hair insanely well and is practically permanently died at this point and I am still in love with it, from experience with using this brand before it is easy to remove the colour though as long as you have the right equipment to colour remove or bleach.

Took well , I was a brunette used 2lots to cover , then used the 3rd to go over a few days later really brighrend it . 3 weeks later I put 2 more on this is when the colour was alot more noticeable, Change my hair colour all the time and the live is definitely the best I've used . However if you use the reds it's a hairdressers nightmare as they are so difficult to remove will need at least a couple of visits. Overall I love them 💕

Absolutely stunning red. So pleased to find the exact colour I’ve been looking for. And there was no need to pre lighten my naturally dark and grey hair. Definitely recommend.

My search for the perfect colour is OVER! Not only does this change your tone to a beautiful, natural and stunning auburn colour, when thr colour eventually fades over time (as do most reds and auburns) you are left with slightly lightened, amber tresses that are gorgeous. I am gushing over this product because it is EVERYTHING that I have been looking for in a home use hair dye. It is easy to use, minimal mess and the three boxes deal is perfect if you have thicker, longer hair that needs more than one box. Give it a go - you won't be disappointed!

This colour is amazing and I've had lots of compliments about it, however the bad points:1. It's really messy to apply and stains quickly. So make sure you vaseline or lotion round all your face, ears and neck, basically anywhere you don't want the dye to be! Wear something you're not going to care is going to get ruined or a Cape of sorts. I couldn't find my Cape so used a bin bag, this will make you hot! But hey needs must. I also stood on a towel. If you can get someone else to dye your hair then go for it, as will make it much less messy!2. The colour will not run clear not matter how long you keep your head under the water to wash it out!3. I'm about 8 hair washes down the line and the water still shows dye! So be warned you will be hosing your shower down after every hair wash so it doesn't leave stains. I've also had it where I've flicked my hair back, it's ended up on the ceiling...whoops! A bleach spray helps with this.4. If you get hot and "glow" (aka.sweat) this colour will run! I've had a few tops with a nice pink colour round the collar, especially after the gym!5. Again if you get the hair wet for one reason or another and lie on something, it will dye that too! I had got the base of my hair wet in the bath, led on my bed and left some nice pink patches there too!Thankfully, so far it has washed out of everything it's left its mark on!So anyways if this doesn't concern you too much, then go for it! I've still got a box left and will be using it. I used 2 for the initial hair Colouring. Also if you have previously dyed your hair and you have roots coming through which are lighter, these will obvs go lighter when you dye your hair, unless you're better than me and leave your roots till last so not on the hair so long! But be warned could still end up lighter, but I like the difference.Colour has lasted well despite how much seems to leave my hair and it catches the light amazingly! And diff lights create diff variations of the colour.The 1st pic is after I dyed it, 2nd is once I dried it and then the rest pics are after hair washes and diff lights.My husband and son have been calling me the black widow from the avenegers, not the spider!...think that's a compliment!?!

I was dubious that this colour would do what it says and “lighten even darker hair” as for years I’ve dyed my hair red at the hairdressers and still ended up with a dark ‘band’ at my roots. When I go now I have to have my roots pre bleached beforehand. As it’s lockdown though I thought that it has to be better than nothing but I am really very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the results! My hair is still a little darker at the roots but not hugely noticeably so, just a slightly darker shade of red. I’ve paid over £100 in the past for it not to be coloured anywhere near as good as this! I did leave the colour on my roots for nearly 2 hours though. The box only recommends 40 minutes processing time but this definitely would not have been long enough for the colour to take as well as it has at the roots.

Great silky soft and most importantly tangle free

The original colour itself was lovely. I bleached the front of my hair and left the back an old dyed reddish colour and the dye worked like it said it would on the box for both. It was easy to use, but honestly if there weren't three boxes I'd be a bit annoyed. I wash my hair twice a week, the first time I washed it I noticed a slight fade, the second time the bleached hair that I dyed was basically golden blonde and the undyed hair no longer had an orange twinge.
