Yes. Flour,eggs, sugar,oil,baking powder and vanilla sugar.

do you refrigerate or leave out in the open?

I did not refrigerate, they lasted about 5 days at our house. They are absolutely delicious and not as hard as other biscottis that I have had. I might just have to order some more for myself while I'm thinking about it again. ;)

How long do these stay fresh?

After two weeks they were still fresh and delicious but didn't have them for any longer then that
