Lavender Dwarf Blue is a robust cultivar of Lavandula Angustifolia – commonly known as the English Lavender. It is a compact and highly fragrant evergreen that offers uniform growth. Its flowers are light blue on shortish stems that proliferate from mid to late summer. Removing old flowers will encourage the appearance of new ones. It overwinters well and is therefore an excellent and more reliable alternative to the similar, but far less hardy, Lavandula Angustifolia Munstead.
