I completed a research project using this book as a reference and I learned so much from it. It is jam packed with researched information and if you saw my copy of the book, you would probably think I am crazy.

This book should be in ever home, it is the best read I have seen in years. People with children should read this book, also people with any kind of sickness this book is a must read! This book should be in everbody's home. I enjoyed this book so much and if you don't read labels in the grocery store you will after you read this book. If you believe people that say msg is good for you, then there is no hope for you at all. next they will tell you HFCS should be given to babies. Why do we have an agency like FDA, they are a joke, just like our politicians.

The information in this book is life changing. It is one of the most important books I have ever read! Every home should have a copy and use it!!

This book is written in easy to use language.
