What is the shelf life of the product once delivered?

Please see details of expired date in the box. It should be written there. If not written, all flowers have been picked up this summer 2021 so itches box has a shelf life of 1 year at least.

Can you rehydrate them?? So it’s not dry?

Flowers petals are very sensible. This product is not suitable to rehydration. But saying this, you can try and add a drop of water in one of the biggest petals to see how it works. I think the small petals will probably get disintegrated. Regards Ana

Can these be baked on cookies or only used after baked?

Yes!!! They can be baked into or on top of cookies! Mine turned out beautiful and tasted wonderful 😊 I did them for a wedding.

What are the names of the flowers in the package?

The box is of petals , not the whole flower. Petals of Calendula, Roses, Violets, Cravinas and marigold.
