These spacers make the 36" centipede surface a good height for long hours of work. They bring the benchtop up to waist level (with 1/2" plywood surface), and at 6"1", 200lb, they were a wise investment for my back!

first impressions: The Bora Centipede table is everything I’d ever hoped it would be and more. It completes me as a person. If I were forced to choose between my family and this folding table, I would have to really sit and have a think. Perhaps I would sit in on this table. I’d sit there and think of all the good times we’d had together, the sad times, the meals we shared, the camping trips, and I’d have to conclude that it’s now a part of my family, and I could never part with either. I will celebrate it’s birthday each year with cake and whiskey.

Great addition to a Centipede especially when using it with the Bora MDF worktop. The pictorial instructions may leave a lot to be desired for some. If you struggle with IKEA instructions these are the same. Due to back problems I need my shop work surfaces to be higher and these accomplished that. Also tightening the securing nuts can be challenging.Surprisingly, I believe my set had been returned to Amazon as they all had very fine sawdust in the crevices

These are great as extensions on Bora centipede folding work top.

These enable a BORA work stand to rise to a reasonable working height. My back appreciates it.

Makes the 2x4 table higher for a tall guy

First the good news - the risers work and once a heavy tabletop is added, the are stable.Bad news - the instructions show a socket being used to tighten the nut. Don’t use a a ratchet or wrench! The threads are cheap plastic that strip very easily. Finger tighten only. Bora should use a better plastic bolt thread or metal threadsBora - design an adjustable riser! My off feed table is 1/4 of an inch too high.

FIRST let me say that I LOVE my Centipede! Being in a Townhouse with a FULL garage, I don't have a lot of space to work on Projects. Being able to back a car out and set up my Centipede is GREAT! I've used it in the house, down in the basement, out in a field, just about anywhere I need a work surface. I've given them as gifts to our Son and Son in Law. Raising up the work surface on my Centipede has made using it Much more Comfortable! It's relatively EZ (compared to what they do for comfort) to swap these out when I need the platform lowered for a "higher" project item. Bora could make the change-out process a LOT easier by building into the product the ability to simply thread them into position by increasing the thickness of the material at the base and running threads into them, but they function well as is. Just kinda putzy to swap out. Worth the effort, but they could be more User Friendly to change out as needed.
