This pillow has a hard plastic core that is actually a wide grid of plastic that you can feel with your hands. Your face feels it too and there is such a small layer of "memory foam" that you push right down to the grid and your ear is crushed.Look elsewhere.Good luck

Most uncomfortable pillow ever. I really wanted to like it - the concept is really neat. But as soon as you put your head down on it, the foam sinks in and all you can feel is hard plastic. Terrible.

Hate it. I bought it as an alternative to a neck pillow for a trip I'm taking out of country. I wanted to be able to lay forward on the tray on the plane and have a place for my arms under the pillow. I tried this pillow out immediately, I was so excited to get it in the mail. I was sitting at my desk and put my arms in the holes and as soon as my head made contact I had instant regrets. I tried every position I could think of and I still hate it. 0 neck support, 0 comfort. Quality soft pillow cover and thick quality memory foam, horrendous design. I dont feel the support insert, but my boyfriend does. He said it feels like memory foam covered plywood. I just hate that the U isn't sharp enough. I wanted a small support pillow like a mini version of my cool gel memory foam contour pillow I have on my bed. This is NOT that. I just re watched the video if the couple that is tied to this product, the guy keeps lifting and sitting his head back down for a reason. I hope you all have better luck!

I don't do a lot of reviews but this pillow is huge for me right now. I can only sleep on my left side for other medical reasons and I have been having chronic shoulder pain from the compression of my body on to the joint. This crazy pillow sits under my regular pillow and creates a space for my shoulder relieving the pressure on it. It has helped me tremendously. I do not use it to stick my arm through, but just to support my head above my shoulder joint. I'm glad I found it.

For the brief time it wasn't collapsed, it was a decent pillow, however IMO, overpriced. It's extremely hard, and I prefer a hard surface to sleep. This is extremely hard, it's also...well, noisy. I'm not a large person, under 160lb, but the pillow creaked immediately upon using. Over the next month it became worse, until a few days ago (after a loud popping had developed) that it collpased totally and is, now, less than useless. Bummed, as I really wanted it to work.

I really like this pillow, it is comfortable, perfect match my neck. I got a lot of pillows before, this memory foam pillow is the best. I think this pillow even improve my sleeping quality. The height and hardness of the pillow are just right which I like. Pillows that are too high or too soft make my neck ache when I wake up. But with this pillow, the problem of neck pain is relieved. Absolutely love it!!

Although it is a little more expensive, for what you get, it achieves its purpose. Once another pillow is placed over the top of it, it became functionable. It is definitely not meant to be your only pillow. It doesn’t matter what they show in the picture, it is not made to be your only pillow. You need to put another pillow over the top. ok Price needs to come down

This is the most uncomfortable pillow I’ve ever used. There is a hard metal in the pillow that makes it keep the U shape and you can clearly feel it digging into your head. Only took me about 5 seconds to decide I would be returning...

No comfortable, feeling plastic under, poor quality. Not recommended
