If the charging station displays normally but the car is not charging, please check if the car has set a delay charging; Please check if there is a malfunction in the charging port of the car. You can take the car to the dealer for inspection.

The electric plug is not compatible with my installation

If you find that the plug of the charging station is not suitable for your home socket, please check the order information to confirm if you have purchased the wrong plug model.

If you find that the charging speed of the charging station is slow, please check the maximum charging current of the car, as the actual charging current is determined by the car.

Automatically disconnects during the charging

If the charging station automatically disconnects during the charging process, check if the home circuit is aging and if the home breaker meets the needs of the car. If the charging current is 40A, we need a 50A breaker to ensure safe charging.

Charging Light problem
