Fantastic for modeling chocolate!
I used the oil based coloring in the modeling chocolate for my son’s birthday cake details. I used Ghirardelli chocolate, and the white coloring combined beautifully with it. I used the white to get away from the slight yellow color white chocolate tends to have. I also used it to get the correct shade of each color I was looking for. It was very easy to work with, and I highly recommend it!

Very disappointed, Makes my chocolate seize up
Not sure what has changed but I never had issues with my chocolate seizing up. The last 2 bottles I had ordered, i had issues with my chocolate seizing up. It's awful not satisfied at all with the product

Tastes horrible!
This made my frosting taste like rubbing alcohol. Very disappointing. Other brands won’t change the taste of whatever you’re putting the dye in but this one definitely made my frosting taste so bad that I had to throw out.

it's white food coloring
Not much to say about this, it's white food coloring adding it to a mixture it has a cool effect and I didn't need to use too much. Would last quite a while.

Decent Candy Color
This product worked ok, didn't make my chocolate have a weird taste or make it runny but I will say it didnt really make it black like the person on youtube said who recommended me to buy this specific product.

Chefmaster White Candy Color Enables Your “White” Candies To Be Brilliant
My dear daughter and I love baking, as well as making free form and molded candies! (She’s more talented than I am. 🤷♀️) We’re perfectionists. We want our white colors to be white, not dingy! The Chefmaster White Candy Color produces an action similar to what bleach does for older yellowed, white fabrics. The white color looks radiantly white! Chefmaster is a quality brand product. If you want your white candy, or frostings, to look professional, I recommend this product.

Gel is better
It takes less quantity of product and to achieve a darker color. A tiny drop to change a full bucket of waffle mixt. Valentine’s Day was like a fairy tale and I surprised all my guests. One thing tho, if you put too much, the full color will be darker, instead of red, will reach more a burgundy
