Handt to have in tool box when you need

Removal of stubborn square head pipe plugs was easy with this tool.

I needed to remove a stuck pipe plug that I gad half rounded using the wrong tool the day before. ( slippery crescent wrench.) Go ahead with overnight shipping and the next afternoon out came the plug. This was the only set I could find with sizes large enough for male and female 1/2 and 3/4 pipe plugs. I checked with the local mac and snap on dealers, and checked stanley proto through a local industrial supply house, but no luck. I have seen these Sunex tools on the mac and snap on trucks occasionally, and the packaging suggests that they may re-label for those guys. Anyhow, good case, which is important to me as I work in the field, good warranty, seems to be a quality product so far, and the price was definitely right. Like all the other extractors, and special wrenches, I won't need them every day, but when I do need them, I really need them. These will occupy a special place in my truck!

I use these for preventative maintenance on the skidsteers and other construction equipment at work and they work great honestly couldn't do the job without them.

This is a very specialized socket set for my use, so I'm not sure if I'll get any use past the reason that I bought it for. I broke one socket from the first set, but the replacement set let me complete the task - removing only two very stubborn oil fill plugs on a post hole digger gear case.

I had a plug that was kind of recessed into a casting and I had about rounded it off trying to get it out. I decided to get a set of these and out it came. These really saved my bacon. I should have gotten a set years ago.

Used this to remove a diff fill plug from a 1960's car. Nothing else would work as it was exceptionally tight and other tools were just rounding it off. The 9/16 socket fitted perfectly and it came straight out. The set is excellent quality and worth it to get you out of trouble. Difficult to find elsewhere.

Too many pipe plugs on our old Kenworth crane. This kit is a must have.

Since stuff always impresses me. Nicely coated, Cr-mo steel. good quality labeling. Properly oiled. Just a good brand I’m always happy opening stuff from since. I’ll use these daily on oil plugs excited to have finally gotten a set of these sometimes wrenches are a pain to fit onto certain plugs.

It's a great set. I wish sunex makes them in 8-point.
