I use it for my coffee it is a great mixing coffee cup I do not have to waste time with no spoons in my case a butter knife to stun my coffee any longer just pour my coffee and sugar creamer and push button I love this thing I am about to buy a second one

Love the idea of this product, but the cap's threads broke and is no longer useful. Lasted about 3 days. Expecting a replacement today. Hopefully, this is a one-time defect and not a design problem.UPDATE:Strike 2 - The cap is fine with the replacement unit but the motor and cup's plastic gears don't mesh properly when mixing. All I get is a loud grinding sound and the blade in the cup doesn't move. Both move freely when I turn them by hand. I was promised another replacement but a newer design from the vendor but never received it. I'm done with them.

I need a replacement spring for the top to seal fully as it popped out and the rechargable battery is going out... but I love this cup so much I want to buy another. The vortex or creates dim mixing is outstanding and keeps my coffee hot for hours....br How do I get replacement parts?

REVISED: I must say I am impressed with the customer service of this product. My first order of the Enchoiz USB Bottle was malfunctioned and assumed this product was not worth having. Enchoiz immediately sent a replacement and as you can see, it's at my desk today! I filled the bottle with a hot chocolate at 5am and it's STILL warm at 9:00am! The blender worked very well when adding creamer to the drink. It is strong and sturdy which means I will be using it for a long time. Thank you Enchoiz, for my second chance and impeccable service! FIRST REVIEW: I don't write reviews when I greatly the product but I need to write about this one. For starters, the USB connection is extremely hard to push into the container. I literally struggled and still struggle every time I need to charge it. It's not a struggle anymore because I STOPPED using it. It's too frustrating to use, clean and charge. I have found much better products.

EDITED: Too good to be true. It stopped working after 2 months. The battery pack started making this awful grinding noise and the blade wouldn’t spin. Sent it back to Amazon as an exchange for the same blender and the sent me some other brand of blender made from plastic. Now I have to return it and reorder if I want the same blender again. I guess that’s what I get for bragging to my friends about how great the product performed :( I made bulletproof coffee at 10:30am and at 10:30pm, the coffee was still luke warm!! I’ve only had this for a couple of days but it’s already my favorite travel mixer cup (I’ve bought many). As long as I don’t lose the little rubber gasket on the bottom of the cup, I think the seal will last a lot longer than my past cups.

I love this thermal mug! It's my savior when I let my coffee sit (which is most of the time!). I'm not a heavy coffee drinker but when I do, I always take my time drinking it. I like how it's rechargeable and you can detach the motor so you can still enjoy your drink while you charge it. It has very good battery life. I've had this for about 2 weeks now and I only charged it once since I got it and I've used this almost every day. It's definitely worth the purchase! JUST MAKE SURE.... to remove the motor before washing! Don't want you mistakenly wash it with it on! :)

This is a really good product that has one big deficit that keeps it from being a truly fantastic product.There are a lot of things to love about this container:- The stainless steel construction of the bottle and motor are very durable.- The removable motor is stupidly powerful - you will have no problem mixing anything you want. I bought it for making bulletproof coffee, which it does like a champ. It lasts a long time on a single charge. I think I've only plugged it in two or three times since I got it in January.- Being able to remove the motor assembly makes it a breeze to clean without ruining the motor. In fact, I often don't need to remove the motor at all. I usually just fill the bottle halfway with water and let the motor rip. The mini cyclone it generates inside cleans everything very effectively. (I also rinse it immediately and don't let things sit in it getting nasty.)The lid seals effectively (when it's not broken), and the container maintains the temperature of the contents very well for most of the day.On to the bad:A container this good deserves a lid to match, and unfortunately, this is not it.First, the design is a bit clunky. Having the latch assembly sticking up right in front of the little spout you're supposed to drink from makes drinking a bit awkward. You have this latch sticking into your chin while you're drinking. Also, unless you remember to push the top all the way back, the plug that seals the spout will have you wearing your beverage on your forehead or nose.Second, unlike the container itself, the lid is not very durable at all. Like other reviewers, try as I might to be gentle with it, I eventually broke the inner ring. This design baffles me. The lid is affixed by a thin inner threaded plastic ring with nothing supporting it. There is an empty void between the threaded ring and the outer wall of the lid that serves no purpose whatsoever.So, that's how I fixed it. I superglued the crack in the threaded ring (which, fortunately, was just cracked and not broken completely), then I used 2-in-1 quick set epoxy (the kind that comes in a twin syringe) to fill the void between the threaded ring and the outer wall to give the threaded ring some support. (See pictures.) It worked like a charm! The lid sealed again, better and stronger than ever. Until...Three, the latch broke. It wasn't hit or dropped. It literally just flew off. I left the bottle sitting on my work desk Friday evening, and came in Monday to see the latch assembly had snapped off and been flung across my office floor, courtesy of its own spring!I will probably continue using the container as-is rather than purchasing a replacement. The motor and everything still work fine, and I don't travel with it, so it's not *super* important that the lid is latched. It's just very disappointing. This bottle is so close to being perfect, if they would just tweak the design of the lid! If they come out with a new l, redesigned version, I'll definitely pick one up.

1st one arrived and did not work but was immediately replaced with a working one.Works great and I love it.
