The best sand for aquariums! I bought the other more expensive brands, and one of them was so dusty in the tank that it never cleared up in a month, and I pulled it out and tossed it, and put this in! Then I put this sand in all of my tanks. I've used gravel for 30 years of fishkeeping, but switching to sand has given me new stuff to learn and makes lots of fish happier! My African cichlids spit this stuff at each other!I rinsed it thoroughly, but found little debris and it sinks and stays there, not dusting the aquarium! The color is the same white/beige color of the sand in the small bags, only this stuff costs 1/4 as much! I was hesistant to try it, but the facebook fish groups all said to try this and I'm glad that I did!

This is the perfect sand for your filter. I had been battling my pool for weeks. I purchased this and the pool was crystal crystal clear in a day. This is high quality sand and well worth the purchase. We've tried many different brands and this by far is the best. No throw out into the pool to clean up. Our pool was a bit murky but within chemical treatment and 6 hours running it was chrystal clear. Highly recommend. It is a 50 lbs back so if you have a smaller sand pump you will only need half or less as our pump only requires 23.1 lbs

This works better than regular sand. Been using for about a year now. Changed to sand filter because I was tired of buying filters and the process of spraying them down. New sand filter has back flush to clean the sand. We are very happy with how clear the water is using this product.
