I purchased this for my new motorized bike...It worked better than the original...

I needed a slightly longer seat post for my RAD City Step-thru bike. This one fit perfectly & only took a few minutes to mount the seat & get everything adjusted.

Did not come with any instructions. However, it is easy enough to install and figure out how to change the seat angle. The old seat post could not be raised any more as it was at the minimum insertion length. This new seat post is much longer and being able to raise the seat made a huge difference in pedaling met efficiency especially on climbs. Construction seems sturdy, holding up very well so far with 225 lb load.

Does what I Need it to do. Has plenty of length, and holds saddle nicely.

Good value it replaced the Giant OEM post and it has easy to adjust saddle tilt. A big improvement over the Giant post.

This stem is exactly how it's described and it works great. Buy one if you need a new stem for your seat.

Looks good. But I ordered the wrong size ☹️

Extremely poor quality especially the black coating, which is easy to scratch off. Should have been powder coated not painted.
