I used this last year when I had C. I tried several remedies, and 20 minutes after taking this I turned around. I was better in 3 days! Just make sure your symptoms match. My second round of C, this didn’t work. Bryonia and Kali Bich are two remedies I use a lot when my 5 kids start getting sick. A while back, we had just arrived at our hotel at Disney World and my son was feeling sick and feverish. I was so worried our trip would be ruined. I gave him Arsenicum and Bryonia, and the next morning he woke up feeling totally normal! It was like e wasn’t even sick and we walked around for 12 hours that day! I also used this combined with Arsenicum to get rid of a sore shoulder I had for months. I had been seeing an acupuncturist to help, which it didn’t really. Taking this got rid of it! (Mag phos/Kali phos/calc phos helped another time I had a sore shoulder for months.) If you say these do nothing for you, you are probably right, and it was just not the correct remedy for you. But when it’s the right remedy, it’s amazing how much it helps! I always keep this one in my medicine cabinet.

Bryonia is such a versatile remedy. It’s perfect for those moments you feel like a “bear with a sore head,” and maybe you want to be left alone.
