4" height is perfect for rebuilding my knee after an accident. The risers fit snugly inside, no falling out as on some other brands. Adding the risers on for 6" will be beneficial in my recovery before advancing to a regular 8" stair riser. Dry good step platform for using to gain balance. Two different seats for height, making it adjustable as you increase your balance. As a physical therapy tool, it works very well. It’s stabile, comfortable to use, and the price was great.

Great product. Easy to customize the height by simply taking off the risers. I use this every day and it shows no sign of wear at all.

Spent 20" trying to attach the extension steps (which should have just snapped on). They were cut slightly too big (only one side of the piece would "seat" leaving the other side with a gap). I finally got a hammer and managed to force them on. They're now on there so tight -- forget about ever removing them. So this two height step platform is actually one height for me. Very sturdy once 'assembled'. Deducting stars due to the difficulty of getting the extensions attached.
