Q: how much torque in ft lbs?

Keep in mind this is a very short and thin ratchet wrench not meant for high torque situations. I’d hesitate exceeding about 15-20 ft lbs with the ratchet end just by way of guessing. The tool that I received with the same item number is only about 3 inches in length. So if you need more torque than that, you’re gonna need a bigger wrench anyway.

Q: Does the non-ratcheting end have a way to retain the bit? A spring or something?

No I does not have a spring. But the bit is tight in the ratchet. Never had problem with that.

Q: Will this fit leatherman bits?

Leatherman uses narrow bits, not the standard size. They might fit but In know if they bit will be retained in the ratchet.

Q: What's the outer diameter of the head?

Ratchet head is 14.2 mm in diameter. Fixed head is 12.2 mm in diameter.
