Best to use before that date. Much like an expiration date. Not critical, but should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Is this oilive oil *unfiltered*?

Great question! Excellent award winning extra virgin olive oil! I would say that it is semi-unfiltered as there is some olive sediment and a bit of cloudiness but light.

Purchased this "sicilian" oil. it didn't seem to taste as good as i remember. the label said that it includes oils from other countries. what's up?
