Excellent
This POS worked flawlessly so far. It is so advanced that it takes more time to do the content input. The person who helped to turn on the software license was very helpful. The price for hardware and Pro license is very reasonable. I am hoping it will be the same when I order KDS system from them in the near future. I do not know if the credit card reader works with EMS chips or not. If it does not, it will be useless. I do not like any licenses for credit card software. Most of the companies I talked to are flakes. I hope this rip off will come to an end. First Data corporation is the worst. Please do not sign any contract with them.

Save your money and buy a higher quality POS
I purchased this after having a POS that was more expensive 5 years prior. The difference in quality is so disappointing.The set-up was terrible. It is advertised as a plug and play, but most of the drivers had to be reinstalled. I spent many hours and days on the phone with support trying to get it working properly. It works maybe 50% of the time. The advantage of a POS is to handle customer orders quickly and to have activity reports, daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Record keeping should be as easy as printing a report, unfortunately when your POS doesn't operate consistently the reports are useless. I will need to purchase a new system before my busy season begins. I will make sure to read reviews and be sure that there is a money back guarantee because this machine was a big waste of my hard earned money.
