My experience with these pads so far
My 2005 Tundra needed front brakes, so I did a little on line searching and came up with these pads. The original pads were alsoa ceramic formulation so these were as good as any. So far, these pads work good. I would recommend these to anyone doing a front brake job on a Tundra

Excellent Pads
I place these on a 04 Sequoia today. I paired them with the RAYBESTOS 96931per Rotors. I was a little disturbed when i got the product from amazon and the product was manufactued in china. The vehicle stops like a charm. It is not a sports car but the vehicle stops as good as a Full Sized SUV should. I am very happy with these products. The vehicle no longer Fades to a stop, from 60-0 miles the tires actually chirp a little just before the ABS kicks in. If you are haveing problems with brakes, you might want to take a look at this. I have used Raybestos pads for 20 years and they have always worked great for me. BTW, I did the Burnish process on my pads and rotors. You can google the process and raybestos has it on there website. I would recommend if you do this that you have a very safe place to do it. It can be dangerous on a occupied road. Good luck with your brake job.

They didnt fit.
Apparently there are two styles of pads, early year and late year. They sent me the late year and they didnt fit.Return was a breeze and refund was fast. Thanks

I like the following about them
Been driving on these pads for a few weeks. I like the following about them: seemed to be no wear in/break in as I have had with other pads, after 2-3 weeks, almost no brake dust (comparatively speaking) My alloy wheels on a Tacoma are pretty clean after hundreds of miles , which is a big difference from factory pads. Stopping power? probably about the same or maybe a bit better than factory. Pedal is a bit higher and firmer but I think that's a function of the new vs. 3/4 worm pads. But they work well, no noise whatsoever.

Does not fit
Contrary to the nice Amazon message that assured me that these would fit my 2000 Tundra, these don't fit my Tundra! It's passed the return date and now I have a torn apart truck sitting in my driveway. Pissed off!

Nice and easy
Worked very well and easy to install. Took me about 45 minutes to do both sides. No squeaks or problems with the kit. If anything I should have gotten a can of brake cleaner and some extra lube for the calipers and pins. Also if you get a chance order the brake pins that hold the pads in place you may have a problem getting yours out if they have rusted in place.
