The electric kettle did it's job. It's rated 1500Watts, and brings water to boiling fast and easy.In picture I took, I placed regular paper towel beside it to give an idea of how tall it is.Personally I would have loved if there was a way I could see the water level from the outside, but that is not a deal breaker.Overall very good electric kettle at very affordable price.

It just looks nice but it is JUNK material. After only 6 weeks (yes 6 weeks), the inside is already rusted, even I am using filtered water. Do NOT buy or you waste your money like I have.Very interesting --- I received an email from the seller bribing me to be "dishonest" and either delete or change my review to 4 or 5 star--- Doing that they give me $40 Amazon gift certificate. Basically, I be dishonest in order to they continue selling "Junk" to others. I was amazed with the offer and make me NOT trusting Amazon rating any more.

This is one good looking electric kettle... I bought it because I was concerned my teenage kids would forget to turn off the stove top when boiling water with the teapot ( yes, we refuse to own a microwave ). It heats the water quickly and I love the automatic shut-off. Since I don't want to find out if it would rust and am too lazy to dry it after use, I would empty the unused water from the kettle and just leave the lid open. It dries so much quicker that way and I don't see any condensation build up unlike when the lid stays closed after use with the unused hot water.

I had a glass kettle before that had some plastic parts attaching the heating element to the water pitcher. I could taste that plastic in my teas and also smell it, but I haven't had that problem with this new kettle. The water taste good and I get to enjoy my teas knowing that the tea that I drink is healthier for it. I also like the way it looks. I think it has a very elegant design. I would definitely recommend this product!

I have bought this electric kettle for 1 month, and I use it every day now. Before this kettle, I had bought a transparent glass kettle, and I accidentally scalded my hand several times when I touched it after it boiled. As a result, I bought this kettle, and I like its double wall design which protects users from scalding. In addition, it is fast boiling. If you are a tea lover, it is a good choice.

I was looking for a kettle to prepare coffee and tea, and this fit the bill quite nicely. Originally I was looking for a variable temperature model, but after looking at the limited offerings and their quality, this kettle looked like a better fit. It boils water quickly, and keeps it around boiling for a minute or two then powers off. It's just the right amount of time for me to set up my french press and coffee grounds while it boils. Lifting the kettle bumps the switch to off so it doesn't start up again after it is set on the base again. Minimum capacity is 2 cups or 16 ounces, which comes out to a well-sized coffee mug for me. Outside stays cold-warm unless it's used more than two times in a row which would be unusual outside of the first-time use prep.

Terrible quality! Don’t buy it! I got it for less than 2 months and it is rusted already!

This kettle looks very nice. I keep it in my office for having hot water for tea. It works great and heats the water very fast. It is 100% stainless steel inside and no plastic touches water. Unlike the glass kettle, the outer layer of the kettle stays cool during water heating, so would not burn myself. The kettle turns off automatically, so makes this kettle easy to use. I highly recommend it.

My 7yr old kettle finally died so I just wanted a regular push button on/off kettle like my old one and not a fancy temp set type kettle. Saw this and it had good reviews. Now I’m part of that good reviews. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this kettle. Just simple and works perfectly. I find it boils fast too. If you just want a basic push on/off type kettle without settings than this is a must!

The lid doesn't fit tight and the automatic shut-off system feels clumsy. It seems to work when the kettle's less than half-full, but when there's more water, it doesn't shut off even when the water boils too much and leaks out through the spout. (I always kept the water below the max level) I waited for 3 minutes after it started boiling to see if the system works well, but eventually had to turn it off myself because it seemed almost explosive. I'm not returning it only because I need one right now, but would never leave it unattended when it's boiling.

Have been using it for a few months now. It still looks really good and has the feel of superior quality. It boils water, as promised. The interior markings are perfectly adequate to fill to the required volume. I'm glad it doesn't have a window, because those often get scaled up or stained over time and look ugly. Fully stainless steel interior eliminates the worry about chemical leaching from plastics.

I've had this kettle for about 4-5 months and at about the 3 month mark, it started making REALLY loud popping noises every time I boiled the water (like if something was cracking or exploding inside the kettle). I was hoping it would go away but it never did... not sure what I'm supposed to do with this now. I wanna return it but not sure if there's warranty???

This kettle started to rust around the rim and yellow stains formed on the outside at the spout. Too pricey especially for the poor quality. Very disappointing!
