It's the most standard line of clubs available; affordable; standard increase in weight
About weight, even if you are able to swing a 16 kg kettle bell, or bench press at an intermediate level, don't get cocky. But a 7.5 kg club bell. I was saved by my mother with her advice. I was going to buy a 10 kg. But even though 7.5 kg seems light ish, it hits different muscles. Simple side to side swings hit muscles in the pelvis that i have never exercised under weight. So pls start with a light weight.

Go for it!
Excellent Packaging - 10/10 - It took me full 15 minutes to unpack the 6 layer packaging.Material- 10/10 - Seems to be genuine cast iron.Paint and Finish - 8/10 - Good black paint is there and finishing is decent, seems to be powder coated, not sure.Grip -7/10 - No knurling patterns are there(aka zig Zag machined lines), could be slippery if sweating is on the palms, but a bottom metal disc is there for safety.Uniformity - 10/10 - Both the pieces in the pair have identical weight and size.Pro's - As compared to wooden mugdars, the cast iron would be definitely sturdy and long lasting, and no issues of pests like woodborer, termites etc. They are compact and take less area for storage.Cons -As the size and length is small as compared to big wooden mugdars, the torque generated on 360 degree rotation is less as compared to them, hence the effect on core muscles and muscles used for stabilization of body is less. The effect on wrists and forearm is more and forearm fatigue will be earlier as compared to the bigger muscles, which is not the case with wooden mugdars.Start with a 3kg pair and progress to 5kg,7.5kg & 10kg gradually as ur strength increases.Even if you are actively into gym and weight training, this is a diffrent ball game.Overall a nice addition to your home gym. Go for them.

The only good heavy steel clubs on amazon
Ordered the 15 kg one. The actual weight is 14.5 kg. That is fine. Other than that the grip is nice. I have large hands and can still hold it with 2 hands without any overlapping. The size is perfect for swinging. Neither too long and neither too shortm the weight distribution is also good. Overall it feels very durable and made of premium quality iron. Good value for money.
