The first issue that most fannypacks have is that their belts don't get short enough for kids. This one gets small enough to fit around my kid's waist so he has a choice to carry it around his waist, across his back, or across his chest. It does look big on him, and the fannypack goes across his entire body.I had to find a fannypack that was big enough to hold my kid's square Pracmedic medication bag, but I wanted the fannypack to be small enough for him to easily carry around. The medication bag is not that big, but it's a weird shape. It's square bag that's insulated, so it's thick. For some reason, the Pracmedic company didn't add an optional strap so it could be carried as a shoulder bag or around the waist like a fanny pack.Some fannypacks had small openings, and it would be hard to get the medication bag out in an emergency. Some fannypacks were just a little too small either in height or width, and they wouldn't zip close.This fannypack is still bigger than I would like it to be, but not by much. He can use the extra space to carry a small water bottle, allergen free snacks, tissues, and a very simple first aid kit.It's hard to see in the first picture, but there's a black 11 ounce water bottle under the medication bag.

This modest looking fanny pack is impressive. The gray matches any outfit I throw at it, adjustable and comfortable, and my favorite feature… on the front pocket if you tuck the zipper in it looks like it has just 1 pocket. Do what you will with that knowledge, but after riding shuttle busses to a large festival that had bad or no A/C, backed up traffic making the trip 2 hours at worst, very thankful to be able to enter with my motion sickness medicine and not have a hassle at the entrance. Also I love the little headphone cable pass through, I use it with my clutch loop so I’m confident wherever my fanny pack is, my phone will be there unless I disconnect it intentionally. It also has a little loop in the inside too but I wouldn’t trust it with much resistance, however I use it sometimes. Considering getting a separate one with my ebike carry along kit to keep a few tools in so my huge backpack is optional for smaller trips. No complaints, it’s lasted me a very long time that I had to flip through a bunch of pages to even find the past order to leave this review. Thanks Waterfly!!

I love this product as I was looking for something durable and easy to open, I went through countless other items and crazy priced before I found this one! My child has been diagnosed with seizures, and this is what I needed to have to carry around her medicine. Among other things such as wipes, travel sized toiletries, an 8oz bottle of water, hand sanitizer, alcohol pads, bandages, lip and skin protection, snacks, and medical information. Great for going to the park, lake, hiking, or on the go. I'm super happy with this product because I'm a bigger person and the straps actually fit around me. I chose this red because it reminds me of a medical bag without looking like one, but we might take something to it to mark that it is for medical use only. I may have to invest in one that is strictly for snacks but as long as I have this medication on hand, in its easy to reach for and unzip bag, I'll sleep a little better at night. When we are home it is hung in one central location and then I don't need to worry about moving it from my purse to the cupboard, or perhaps forgetting it altogether. You can wear it different ways and I love how soft the mesh padding is so there's nothing digging into the skin. I wasted so much time and money on other products that fell apart or the zipper broke. This medication for my kid isn't cheap, so it's nice that a product like this can last without costing me my other arm and leg.

I love this fanny pack. This is the second time I’ve ordered. The colors are attractive and they seem to resist dirt because I used a pink one for a year and it hardly looks used. It’s very comfortable to wear, even with quite a bit of my stuff inside. I’ve been using fanny packs for years (my shoulder can’t take purses) and this is the best one I’ve found.

It has been an absolute lifesaver! Its water resistant material ensures that despite being out and about running errands, I don't have to worry about the rain ruining the contents of my bag. Plus the large size allows me to keep everything in one place :sunglasses:The only con is that you really need to be slimming down to wear it effectively - but hey, there's no better motivation than wanting to fit comfortably into your fanny pack 😛Overall, this product is a definite 4-star for me.

This is a spacious little pack. I wanted something I could use at Disney in place of a backpack that didn’t look too ridiculous. This thing is discreet and has plenty of room on the inside for what I needed to carry.
