Good. Low profile. Cute. Functional. Cheap.
I rarely review but after seeing so many mixed reviews I decided to leave my own. Wanted these as I don’t like wearing extra stuff at the gym (ankle straps) these are perfect for that. I can walk around. keep them on between sets. And they’re cute and low profile. A lot of reviews were saying it only came with 1, if you order the “pair” it comes with 2. Also that they didn’t know how to put them on (no instructions)… it’s not that hard. Step in, label goes on the heel, tighten up. It’s not rocket surgery. Low profile. Cute. Functional. Cheap.

Works different muscles and the support is different from conventional ankle straps for the cable machine it's great for specific movements on the cable machine

When you tighten them, the straps slip so that they are too loose again.

Worth it
I was getting ready to leave a sub par review until I realized I was putting them on backwards lol. These are awesome. It holds secure once tightened. There is really nothing else out there with the same level of versatility. I am a personal trainer and I mainly got this to attach a band to the heel for calf/ankle stability exercises. I have a small foot, size 8.5 in men’s and it fits fine. There’s plenty of room for bigger shoes, but I’m not sure I can say the same for a smaller foot. I’m about out of room, so might not be as comfy with a smaller foot. For the price point definitely worth a gamble if you’re not sure.

Don't Bother
I recently had my personal gym equipment stolen and needed a fast replacement on a tight budget. Well, I got what I paid for. I really dont understand the point of not selling these in pairs, but maybe theres a peg legged pirate out there that appreciates it. When it arrived, there were no instructions. And I couldn't really tell which way it was supposed to go as the straps looked like much like spaghetti to me. I referred back to the pictures on here to decifer, and hoped for the best. Fastening, was not time friendly. Sliding through and pulling to adjust whilst at the gym during supersets is not user friendly in my opinion. The metal and fabric rubbed my ankle bad during my kickback sets. Also it didn't feel sturdy enough to handle my typical cable weights, so I stayed light. Not trying to injure myself before a big competition here! After each set I had to stop, loosen, and switch. Needless to say, after 2 sets, I unhooked it and had to find another way to work on glutes and hamstrings during my gym time. I'm giving this a 1 star, thumbs does review considering all these factors. Definitely going to return.
