Love this idea
I stumbled upon this book on social media and decided to buy it. I'm glad I did because I like the idea of 52 questions/lists to answer. You don't have to do them all in one year and you can choose which ones you want to do first. I find this book helpful in keeping me calm and relaxed. This is definitely wonderful book that can also be gifted.

Amazing quality and very pretty!
I found 52 list for happiness at a local store and had to search up the other journals in the series. 52 list for calm is beautifully illustrated, shabby chic and very elegant. The esthetics alone keep me motivated. The list prompts are effective and mindful. I enjoy these journals very much.

Just as promised
I like this journal very much. The questions are thought provoking and promote positive thinking. I do wish that there were more things to do each week, however. There is usually only one thing, and once you've done that you either skip ahead to the next week, or you wait for a week to go by. Going ahead feels like 'cheating,' so I sometimes forget and wind up going back two weeks or more later. So, that stresses me, but overall, I like this journal.

You won’t regret it
This book is amazing, I’ve had it for about two weeks and I’ve been trying to write in it everyday. It helps me focus and get things back on track. I struggle with anxiety a lot and this book has been incredible helpful. Not only does it force you to let the negative go but it also puts your mind on the positive. I would recommend this to anybody!!

YOU NEED THIS BOOK!
If you are on the fence, BUY IT. The book is absolutely beautiful, amazing quality, and the writing prompts/challenges are so simple, yet so powerful. I would recommend this book to anyone who’s struggling with anxiety or stress. The very first exercise was something I have practiced a few times since.. SO good!

I like it a lot!
I’m currently on list 7, and am loving this as a supplement to my normal journaling practice. I just made a list of songs that bring me peace, calm, and comfort — how cool, I wouldn’t have thought of that myself! Definitely recommend as an addition to journaling.
