These were a great buy for leg swelling (Update after 5 years)
The first few days of working out with these, I could really tell a difference with water retention in my legs! I lost 5 lbs in water weight in just a few days!! These were a great buy for leg swelling.Update: After 5 years of wearing these for my workouts I have to finally buy another 2 pairs. I did wear a few tiny holes in the ones bought in 2015. I tried to stop wearing them for a few months and use a cheaper brand of compression pants but noticed my legs continually getting more and more swollen with water retention. These really do make a huge difference, even 5 years later.Update as of 7/3/20: My older pair that I loved so much and the newer pair I bought are not the same. The new pair has 85% polyamide and 15% elasthan while the older andore durable pair has 93% polyamide and 7% elasthan. This new pair already has a hole AND has pilled very badly. I would NOT recommend these anymore. Not worth the money. I've only had the newer pair for a few weeks compared to having my older pair for 5 years.

At home use is great
These leggings are great when you get home from work where you stand most of the time. One downside I'd that they are see through. So they are ok for wearing dresses over them or just home wear. But they are great from your legs.

My Everyday Choice in Medical Compression
Bioflect is my number one choice in compression leggings. I suffer from Lipedema, and I also have a job that requires me to stand all day long...which as we all know causes your legs to puff up even if you don't have a disorder. These really help control all that excess swelling I experience, especially in my calves. They also fit comfortably under my jeans, which is pretty important to me, as I am not the type to wear leggings as pants outside of my home. I've been wearing the same two pairs consistently for the past year, and they've held up really well. I consider that well worth the price. I wouldn't want to spend $62 on something just to have it fall apart after a few weeks. As far as sizing goes, I'm 5'5" and 160lbs (mostly leg weight), and I fit perfectly in a M/L with a little extra room in the waist. These work so well for me I couldn't imagine wearing any other type of compression.

Sizing
I am 5'3" 170lbs. I ordered a large and these are extremely small. I know they are for edema and other medical issues with the legs, however I went by the size chart and they are too small. I gave them to my daughter. They were expensive.

Great quality
These are very nice! The size chart is accurate as well however if you plan on wearing them out in public I would maybe size up one to prevent an over stretched look/feel.

Seam broke on first use
I really like how these feel once you get them on. It takes a lot of work to get them on and the first time I tried I broke a seam in the crotch!

Not worth the money
Snags easy. Very easy. It's pretty much like thick tights. I have primary lymphodema and it felt "ok" but the price was far too much money.

Five Stars
These are very good quality. They fit nice and comfortable. They have medium compression and feel just right.
