How does this product differ from The US Produced Replens?

I buy it because it comes in a tube with a controllable amount applicator. I don't fill it to capacity= I do 1/4" less from mark every 4 days. You have to experiment with it. I've even done 5 days BUT I AM SINGLE WITH NO PARTNER. THE DAY NUMBERS MAY CHANGE FOR THOSE WITH A PARTNER.Replens, USA, amount has always been too much for me. This does excrete some cream overnight. I'm able to wipe it off and go to work. It's suggests to do in AM but I prefer overnite. I was recommended another product by GYN but I had to put a towel under me overnight = pure liquid and in 3-4 days gave me an odor.The price is a plus & makes a difference with free shipping.

What are the ingredients listed on the tube, please. Thank you.

2.5 gm Replens MD contains Purified water Ph. Eur.78.64%, w/w,Glycerin, Mineral Oil, Polycarbophil, Carbomer Homopolymer Type B, Hydrogenated Palm Oil Glyceride, Methylparaben, Sorbic Acid and Sodium Hydroxide.

Apparently this is not a U.S. item; where is this product manufactured?

is this the same strength and ingredients , is their a difference, as us replens

I know that in addition to the Replens ingredients it also has Paraben in it. I've noticed that there seems an objection to its use in the USA. I don't know why.
