How long can you store it?

In the pantry you can store it until the best by date, freezing it might extend shelf life for a couple of more months. The one I ordered in June 2022 has a `best-by-date` in April 2024.

I don't use a lot of buttermilk. How long can I expect to keep this safely in the refrigerator before it goes bad and how can I tell if it's gone bad?

I actually don’t keep mine in the fridge; I keep the powder in my pantry. However, I don’t always follow the expiration/best by dates on packages & food items. I don’t use this for drinking, but I do use this buttermilk powder for baking. So you can adjust how much you’ll need for a recipe. I hope that answers your question a bit....

What is the ratio of powder to liquid buttermilk in recipes?

1 cup warm water plus 1/4 cup buttermilk powder...= a little over 1 cup of buttermilk. Many recipes that use buttermilk require about 1/2 cup to 1 cup buttermilk

Is this product made in the US?

Label says produced on a dairy farm in the midwest USA.
