Yes this can be used for dermaplaning , lip sideburns , chin all peach fuzz on facial skin

Unlikely to be BPA free if that's what you mean ( plastic- plastic was a funnier answer though , I must say) :)

How long does it last

The razor lasts as a disposable razor would. The peach fuzz removal I suppose depends on each individual. I use mine every other week

Has anyone’s hair grown back thicker and darker?

Nope. Mine grows back exactly the same. It's a myth that it grows back thicker and darker - I did a lot of research before using these, just incase! The hair on your body is different in different places, but will only grow a certain way in each area. There will be a day or two where you feel a very slight 'stubble' (that's too harsh a word, because I never really notice it) but other than that, it grows back the same.
