Great price, includes the 1/4 to 1/2 thread adapter
All of my gear is 1/4 but if you go to an auto parts store to rent a vacuum pump or manifold, their gear is 1/2. The thread adapter allows you to adapt my way into either set of gear

Does not work on self-sealing cans.
Looks like it would work just fine on other cans, but not self-sealing.
