Lastima de estilo pero no es funcional y hasta peligrosa es porque se abre sola por que el agua está caliente , suena muy feo a la hora de abrir, aveces se te olvida cerrarla por el tipo y se queda pegada a la mesa de madera porque es muy delgado el acero inoxidable. No la recomiendo porque podrías quemarte además del ruido que hace a la hora de servir el agua.

I bought this thermal carafe in 2020. It worked perfectly for several years. When I would fill it with boiling water, the outside always stayed very cool to the touch. About 6 months ago, that changed. Now, when I fill it up with boiled water, you can feel the heat coming off the sides of the carafe. The outside of the carafe is literally too hot to touch, and it doesn't keep water hot at all! BTW - It was not dropped, jarred or in any way mistreated. Really weird!

The media could not be loaded.  Pros:Very nice looking i.e. very shiny stainless steel, sleek design.Keeps liquid very hot for many hours as long as the top is tightly sealed.Fair price.Good capacity.Interior is easy to clean.Cons:When I carefully poured hot water into/ out of the carafe it seeped from the seam between the main body and the top endlessly leaving ugly steaks running down the whole length of the carafe... the liquid was trapped somewhere in there and kept bubbling out (see the short video clip).The inner silicone seal/ ring did not provide the tight seal needed for such a carafe which is probably why liquid seeped out of the external part.The top unlike the stainless steel body is of a lightweight material that does not feel sturdy and like it will easily break if not handled with a great deal of care.The nice design of the top (opening and closing mechanism) is interesting to look at but a bit awkward--not easy to use for everyone, which could lead to damage. Also if not sealed correctly, the liquid inside loses heat rapidly.SO... maybe I would buy it again if the manufacturer changed the current top piece to stainless steel or a different sturdy material and, if the inner silicone ring actually provided a tight seal to prevent the fluid from bubbling out onto the exterior seam below the mouth of the jug. For now, sadly, I am returning it.

This is my second thermal carafe. I had one that looked exactly like this one but from another Chinese company. I used it successfully for 4 years and the seal finally deteriorated. So I got this one. It's total garbage. The seal does not seal. As in, not at all. I washed it, put water in it to rinse it, crammed the lid shut and held it while I sloshed the water around inside. Water rained out everywhere. Not only is it not airtight, but it's not water tight. I figured maybe it would work after all, so I made a pot of coffee and put some in there. Again, I made damn sure the seal was closed and came back to check the seal half an hour later. Two hours after the coffee was put in there, it was ice cold. This thing doesn't work anywhere near as well as the cheap one I bought before and I totally would NOT recommend this to a friend.

Keep hot water warm all day long...great.
