Great for pain relief.
I have terrible pain in my shoulders and neck and in my left hip (after 4 back operations). Many sprays go on all runny. This one goes on and dries very quickly. Nice to get to places hard to reach.

I purchased to use on cruise. Like many others I tend to try new things on vacation so I purchased in the case I had to use in the case I injured myself or anyone is my traveling party.I used on my ankle and the pain instantly went away.
