Incredible detail!
This is probably one of the most heavily detailed clone troopers Hasbro has made. Every last scratch, peck, and smudge seen on Commander Gree in the movie is brought to life in this figure. Although there's great wrist and upper body movement, I was dissapointed by the articulation in the legs. Instead of moving straight up and down like most clone trooper figures' legs, Gree's legs strangely go way out to the side when you try to move them up, making any kind of posing a little awkward. But if you overlook this design flaw, this Commander Gree is a good toy with a blaster, binoculars, removable helmet, and small radio antenna. To avoid losing the somewhat clunky binoculars, I strapped it to Gree's back with a rubber band.

A Better Gree!
One of the better articulated bodies to be used in Star Wars figures was used here in this updated version of Yoda's Clone Commander at the Battle of Kashyyyk. The original character was released on the Revenge of the Sith line and was basically the standard trooper figure that was used at the time, with different paint applications from the standard white armoured Clone Trooper. Here we have a new figure with excellent articulation in the leg and arms. The paint job is a lot better than the early Gree and features a removable helmet, blaster rifle and a rather nice pair of electrobinoculars that seem to be a little hard to get to stay in either of Gree's hands, but a little heat takes care of that problem. This is the same figure that was released again later on the Vintage Collection and goes for quite a lot. If you want it loose, get this one instead as it will be cheaper than a VC card.
