Not Good
This was the 2nd time I ordered the 7 lb wheel of pecorina sardinia cheese. The 1st time I received a delightful cheese Camedda Sardinia, with a black rind. The 2nd time, the price increased and I received a wheel of Fiore Sardo, a brown rind with the cheese having an unpleasant aftertaste and really not having the pleasant table taste of the 1st cheese, so much so that they shouldn't be called the same cheese at all. Very disappointed.

Terrible. A poor Pecorino/Romano cheese.
I should have returned this cheese, couldn’t even finish it. It had a bad pungent taste. I buy lots of different Pecorino/Romano cheeses both here and in stores. This was the worst.
