Upped his Game
My son has played baseball for years; he out grew is previous bat and when he started using this bat…wow! His game improved greatly. And with all the rules and regulations on baseball equipment this was a perfect fit!

Great Bat at this Price
We have found it unnecessary to buy the latest year Bat model. It's more important to buy a good bat-year bat from the maker. This bat was a replacement for a 2019 much used Louisville Slugger Solo that handle broke - but was a favorite of my almost 14-year old. The Solo swings noticably lighter. The heavier swing and break-in period caused initial misgivings but after a couple BP outings and practices, this bat has more pop than the Solo if initially less bat control - until he strengthens us. My only personal negative is the CATs signature loud "ping" even though bbcor.

Great bat
The bat is light, well balanced with a generous barrel/sweet spot. My son's batting average improved immediately. He is very happy with the Cat8.

Its a bat it works as it should. Can we really give a bad review? Id think if it didn't work it would be operator error, but my son loves it, says its the greatest
