Quality , made well , be sure to measure your old lock ,dept is important, less keys to worry about, easy to install.works well . I use them on my camper storage compartments , now I don't have to look for keys to open storage . Tip: just change 1 number to lock or unlock , for quick in , and quick lock , no one will know but you , if you prefer....Great Lock .

Easy to install and use. Seems well made. Ordered the black to make the numbers easier to see. I had installed a keyed cam lock on the cabinet I built for my pickup, but the key could only be removed in the locked position which wasn't ideal. Saves me from having to carry another key. One irritating thing was I ordered a 2nd lock 2 days later and it was $5.00 cheaper.

I lost my keys for my Undercover swing case I bought a few years ago. Undercover wanted like $4 a key with $8 shipping. Obviously I don't like keeping up with keys, I could have sworn they were in the console.. An observation, I was able to turn the locked Undercover keyed lock, by hand, and turn it to open the lid. Not good... I thought I'd try a Combi-Cam lock, so I bought this lock and the cover for it. I had one of the these on my Lock'er Down vault when I bought it. I upgraded that to an electronic keypad and love it. The hole in the swing case cover was a little bigger than the cam in the Combi-Cam lock. I fabricated a 2 pieces (top and bottom) of plastic sheeting to install above and below the lock in the lid to prevent the lock from turning. You can see it in the pics. I used a Dremel to make the holes perfectly to the rounds and flats of the lock cam so that it would not turn when mounted. I put 3M molding tape on the sheeting pieces to hold them in place. Also the new lock has a pronged washer, that went into my sheeting, that holds the lock securely. The lock will not rotate when locked by hand like the OEM keyed lock did. Would it turn with vise grips? Probably, but 99% of the time I have my bed cover closed. I needed a lock for the 1% I had it open or removed. It worked out great. No more keys to keep up with.

Bought 2 of these and turned a cabinet in my laundry room into a medicine, alcohol, cleaning supplies locked cabinet to keep the kids out. Very easy to use and very easy to installed. Drilled a hole in each door and put these in and I am very happy with them. They are also easy to change the code in case the kids ever learn them. For a make shift locked cabinet I am extremely happy and they look good. I had originally purchased an in wall safe that was going to be a ton smaller and harder to install now I have to figure out what I am doing with that.

These fit fine, but it depends on where the hole is relative to the trim. If it's too close it will be difficult to open / close and lock. It still works, but worth knowing. I also think the fit is a little poor on the door overall. Get the black instead of silver, way easier to read with a flashlight (you know how it goes). Also, one of mine locked up. I took it apart and decided I screwed in the last screw too hard. It doesn't have to be wrenched on, just tight.

I installed this in a wooden medicine cabinet, and I love it. The numbers turn and click into place easily, installation was a snap, and it comes with a good variety of options for how the locking piece works. Setting the combination was simple, and I like that it can be set up to prevent resetting the combination without taking the lock apart.

Your garbage product did not work and you refused my return. Do not buy this product.

The Combi-Cam in black was exactly what I was looking for after I built a new cabinet. Since the front dial is 1 1/2" , the locking arms should be longer allowing for placement further away from the door edge ( aesthetics ). With longer arms it would allow for customization by cutting to a shorter length if so desired. I may get couple in chrome for my other cabinet.

easy to install...works great...I recommend using a rubber gasket / cover to keep out dirt and water etc.
