The media could not be loaded.  This is my third weighted blanket so far, and this one really solved all the previous problems I've had with comfort and quality.1. Button: Instead of tie up on all the corners, which takes a long time to do every time you switch covers. This weighted blanket uses button tie all around, makes switching cover a breeze. I only need halve the time I used to get the cover off and on. Very smart design.2. Breathable: Some weighted blankets can be too hot. The tiny beads used to provide weight to the blanket arealso excellent insulators. My dorm is also very hot. This come with a bamboo cover which is very ventilated, the cover also come with some mesh inside which help with the breathability. Of course this is not going to cool you like an AC, but keeping air flowing helps.3. Leakage: I've seen previous problems with weighted blankets leaking the insulating glass beads and creating amess that can be awkward to clean up. With a prior blanket (not this brand) I did encounter such a problem.with this blanket I did not.4. Weight shifting: Blankets I had before often falls off you middle of the night. If you like to turn when sleep, the weight of the blanket might get shifted to one side and gradually falls off the bed or you. This blanket seems to be putting most of the weight in the middle, which is where you should sleep. Secondly the blanket is for one person only, so when you turn you more of moving the blanket with you instead of dragging the blanket to one side.I hope these thoughts have proved helpful ... great relaxation gift!

Let me start by saying this blanket is HEAVY. No not the kind that would crush you, but heavy enough that it feels like being cuddled only after awhile it can get hot. The “cooling” cover (the grey one from what I could decipher from the lack of directions or product description that came with it) isn’t really cooling, just coolER than the soft blue one it also came with. Can be a bit hard on the joints after awhile so if you joint pain already maybe just put it on arms OR legs and let the rest of you be. Used this to cover the dog during a thunder storm-it was a hit! Overall I like this design, it doesn’t pull or get bunches (I bought two others to compare plus I read them reviews for a bunch). I would prefer it had some other colors but that’s a minor point for me since it typically goes under the bed spread.

If you haven't used a weighted blank one, go get one, and it will reform your understanding of sleeping.If you just heard about the idea and want to research more, take my advice here - get the 20 pounds one instead of the 15 pounds one. There's a huge difference here.If you are planning one buying one, stop looking and get this one!The blanket has three parts, the inner weighted blanket and two covers. You can choose the cover based on your desired feeling - cotton or fleece. Both one feels perfectly comfortable.I now have two nights sleep with this blanket and I just had the two best sleep ever in my life! I am such a light sleeper but I didn't wake up frequently anymore, not even with the baby monitor one! Now I want to donate my dawn blanket and return the 15 pounds one that I previously purchased.

Overall, I’m definitely a fan. The blanket doesn’t just help me get to sleep quickly, I also find myself waking up with more energy and focus than I have for years.That said, a couple of warnings: pay close attention to the blanket sizing because the queen size really isn’t big enough for two people. That’s fine - it’s just me - but if about review stating Fantastic, but...I needed to share with someone I’d want at least a king size, and even so it’d probably be better to each have your own individual blankets.Also, I’m not entirely sure I got the right weight. I got 10% of my weight as recommended and it’s fine, but sometimes I wish it actually weighed more.With those two caveats, though, I love this blanket. I've had insomnia for about 9 months now. Desperate for sleep I did some research on weighted blankets and decided to buy one. I was skeptical, at first, but after a couple weeks I'm very pleased. I was hoping the weighted blanket would be a cure all for my insomnia; sadly it is not. But I do find the weight to be calming which is a step in the right direction for obtaining a good night's sleep. I'm buying one for my granddaughter who has anxiety issues.

I got this for my oldest child and it worked wonderfully, I bought a 2nd for my youngest. Since purchasing the SNUZ weighted blanket, my kids are sleeping like a baby. They don’t wake at night meaning no longer charging into our bedroom to wake us up to tell us they can't sleep. Now the family wakes up rested and refreshed. Whats the reason for this to work? Maybe weights are so heavy they prevent the kids from lifting them up? Nope, the blankets weight 6 lbs, less than 10% of their body weight. I asked them and this is what they said, "It's like a big, cozy hug all night long" and "I don't really care, it just helps me sleep better."So there you have it...who cares about the "why" I'm just glad we are all getting such glorious sleep!

I bought this to cover a foam bed-in-a-box, and it is a great addition! The mattress was good and firm, and this mattress pad adds a touch of snuggle to it. It is easy to make the bed with it. Fits perfectly and stays in place. I love my new queen size mattress pad. Although I can’t judge sleep quality based on this product, I can say it’s soft, durable and fits my queen mattress and four inch topper beautifully. The fabric feels great to the touch, unlike so many mattress pads I’ve used over the years. The elastic around the edges fits well around the corners and stays in place.
