This stuff is great!
Use with a twenty dollar mister cutting O-1 and 1095 with carbide end mills, and this stuff is great. No smell and no rust after use. Keeps part and tooling cool, and makes 30 gallons. Setting up flood system on bandsaw but worked well with spray bottle. Would recommend and will buy again.

No..it wont rust your stuff. If…
I did a lot of research to find a coolant that was thin, misted and flood cooled well, and wouldn't rust. It does not rust my stuff despite the fact that its only 4oz/gal ratio which also makes it cheap also. I think i may come down to water hardness. I used distilled water. Maybe the whiners have hard water. Also the misting system way outperforms my expectations as far as heat reduction. After hogging out a part its cooler than room temp which is kinda weird. No atomized cloud, just a little residual moisture. Id put it on any drill mill lathe saw without hesitation.

Quality product
This product always performs well. Good coolant, stays stable, and metals don't rust, unlike some inferior product I have used before. This is the only one I use now

Seems to work well, but be cautious of rust!
Seems to work well at keeping cutters and work pieces cool. One thing to note is to keep your machines dry or coated in fresh oil after you’re done. This stuff, combined with the obvious water, will rust steel overnight!
