The customer support for Levoitt is exceptionally good.They care for their customers and come up with proper solution.I had to get in touch with the support on an issue with the warranty data and filter, it was resolved by the support team without much hassles.And the product itself is very good. The Auto mode is very quiet yet effective.The unit is small and not an eye sore at all.i would recommend the product.

Very efficient, easy to use, you can schedule the timer, can’t even hear it in sleep mode, it send notifications when the air quality is bad, doesn’t use much energy so go ahead and get yourself one. Great product.
