Works great for yoga but also for Back Pain!
I bought this specifically for the smallest diameter wheel to use for back pain. I have a foam roller which also works but the yoga wheel is narrow enough to fit between the shoulder blades. If you get this wheel for back pain I recommend you also use the other two wheels because it's important to open the chest muscles for a great stretch, which helps the upper back muscles loosen up. My ex boyfriend (baby daddy) bought the Chirp wheel which is what I originally wanted but the price tag was over my budget. I tried it and to be honest, it was too soft for me and I found it difficult to stay balanced on it to keep my spine in the center divot. I found that the activa wheel was perfect for what it is intended for and it was $47 compared to $125. Take that for what it's worth.

Best invention since the original wheel!
I've been unable to bear weight on my right leg for over a month. I was considering the chirp brand wheels - but after seeing numerous negative reviews of cracked wheels and seeing that the 3 pack wouldn't ship for a month after ordering, I went with the Ativafit instead. It was half the price, arrived in 2 days, and I would have to run these over with a truck to break them - but they also have a layer of foam that makes them comfortable to use. I started with the largest and worked my way down, immediately had pops in my sternum and hips. Today I woke up without hip pain and lower back pain for the first time in WEEKS! I'm beyond ecstatic with my purchase. If you find yourself laying and stretching in weird positions in hopes of relief, wishing your foam roller was more effective - do yourself a favor and order these wheels.

Very sturdy and easy to use
A relative had these and I just had to get my own to keep using it. I went with this one seeing it came with 3 different sizes. All sizes are very sturdy and they dont bend at all. I've been using these to stretch my back and relieve pain. It's working. The more I sue these the more I think of more techniques to try with them. They have helped me so much and in the long run they have saved me a lot of money.....kept me from needing massages and adjustments. Now that my muscles are getting relaxed, my bones are moving into place when using these. Feels so good.

Initial thoughts..
I'm not light by any means. I probably weigh around 200 lbs.It was very uncomfortable at first, since I didn't really know the right balance and how to use it correctly. After a couple YouTube videos and instructions on how to use it more to your body, I absolutely love it!You can pretty much stretch out your entire body with this wheel. It's also sturdy enough that it can support by body and weight. The padding seems pretty nice right now, no complaints there. Although I do wish it was softer..

Glad to have
I am relatively new to yoga and was recommended to buy these wheels by yoga intsructor. They are bigger in size than the traditional small yoga blocks. Also round shape helps with exercises for back. Probably it is the yoga exercise helping my pain, but i think it helps me exercise.

Makes my boyfriend affectionate after use
I bought this to help ease the pain in my lower back. It does wonders! Just a few seconds in there and I feel a to better pretty soon. My boyfriend also uses it to pop his back and he loves it. Everytime he uses it he tell me is the best thing I bought from Amazon so far 😆 and says how much he loves me and hugs me 😆😆❤ so if you want your significant other to be more affectionate get it 🤣🤣🥰

Great Yoga Wheels
Cracks my back like nothing else. I start with the smaller one to pop the spine, then move onto the medium one for more of a stretch. I’m not very flexible, but I can bend backwards over the largest one to really stretch deep. It’s also helpful as a plain yoga wheel. Small one to support an ankle a bit higher, or the medium one for a deeper child’s pose

Bikram Yoga
I've been practicing hot yoga for almost 1 year. Since I can't practice in the high temperature studio at this moment, I've decided to purchase this yoga wheel to keep moving and practicing it. I can tell that it was my best decision. It's helping with opening more the chest area, stretching the lower back and massage the spine. It's a great way to "wake up" the body. The wheel has a good grip, very sturdy and thick rubber. Highly recommend it!

Good
Comfortable to use, sturdy and strong. Holds me up without an issue, helps alot with my balance when doing yoga poses and with my movements, this is great for someone who hasn't done yoga in a while or someone with a bad back like myself who could do with the extra support.
