Typhoon 1401.167 Living Stovetop Whistling Kettle with Folding Handle, 2.5 Litre, Grey, Stainless Steel

Lightweight but sturdy kettle. Holds 5.5pts. Handle doesn't get hot & stop whistle flick switch easy to operate & also cool to touch. Lid removed easily once boiled & in need of a top up. Takes a while to boil but 2nd boil is quicker. Purchased in the grey to be used in my caravan much better & bigger than my old one. Highly recommend & very good quality

I needed a not too big kettle to use either on a portable induction hob or on a gas hob in the camper van. This one fits the bill and has a fold down handle so it can be stored in the sink while travelling, a lovely whistle and it looks gorgeous too. Tested on the portable induction hob 2 mugs full of water boiled in 3 minutes.Would like to add an extra star for good packaging too. Chips that look like polystyrene but are actually water soluble and compostable.

Nice looking kettle. Not too heavy. I do find the handle does get a little hot when boiling but overcome by a small cloth. Good value for money

Very well made. But be very careful off the Handel it will burn your hands I would recommend use a heat proof glove

Loved the kettle initially but very quickly the Grey colour turned yellowy.It is difficult to clean the sides without taking off the colour.Also the handle gets very hot.

Love this kettle,the colour grey is very nice, not overly keen on the folding down handle I think it could be a problem for some, but I am ok with this,all in all am glad I bought this.

Lovely whistle kettle.Keeps water warm for a little while. Looks great.Good for gas cooker, to use less electricity as our previous electric kettle cost a little fortune to use it so many times a day.It does whistle once the water reached the boiling point.The delivery person didn't even let me know when he dropped the package outside the house and left it on my porch.
