Updating review to 4 stars based on Seller's prompt response and good customer service to refund/replace this item. The product, itself, is very good. I've been using it for a couple years now. It tastes great, and my body feels better after drinking it (especially while fasting). ~ Original review: This product arrived with the moisture barrier not fully sealed. Consequently, the product is already caking. This product is way too expensive to be shipped with such defects.

I got the mix today and I'm always a little skeptical about flavors. I like raspberry but I rarely taste it in a drink that calls itself raspberry. I mixed it in a bottle of water and shook it up and took a drink more than a sip to see if the raspberry flavor would show through. I set the bottle down and then immediately picked it up. My assistant, watching, started laughing as I kept doing that. She finally asked me why I kept putting it down and picking it up. I said, "Quick, look at the ingredients. What's in there I shouldn't be consuming?" She looked. She said there was nothing. I finished the bottle. She kept laughing and asked me what was going on. I said it looks thin and tasteless. I took a drink. It shouted raspberry. I took another drink. It did the same. Then I started putting it down because if it tastes that good, I shouldn't be drinking it, and picking it up because it tastes too good to care if I shouldn't be drinking it." I dehydrate with terrifying speed. I've had two heat strokes. So electrolyte drinks are a major issue in my life. I've consumed some pretty nasty messes in the course of trying to keep myself hydrated. I will be back over and over again. If the raspberry tastes this good, I can hardly wait to find other flavors! In fact, I have gone back and ordered the blueberry pomegranate. I can hardly wait. If the raspberry truly shouts raspberry, just think what blueberry and pomegranate can do!

I bought the raspberry flavor and it's terrific! And there's no junk like artificial sweeteners. I have chronically low blood pressure. I can manage it with sodium, but have to space it throughout the day. Yes, I tried the doctor-recommended, higher sodium (1,000mg), but I still found significant variations in my BP readings during the day. This allows me to spread the sodium at even intervals. Happy, new fan here!

We’re on our 3rd tub of this product. Here’s the deets in a nutshell: Flavors- tried the raspberry lemon and just raspberry. 7/10 on both, which is good enough for us considering it’s not full of sugar. I throw in a True lemonade packet with the raspberry flavor for 9/10 taste I look forward to drinking daily. No yucky aftertaste for us. Ingredients- not full of sugar or other crap you often see in this category of products. *edit: In light of the LMNT “natural flavors” uproar, this product might also have maltodextrin in it. Something to watch out for if maltodextrin is an issue for you.* Powder- always arrives dry and super fine, but cakes immediately. When the caking happens, I just break it up with a fork or butter knife and do heaping scoops to account for the grainier texture. Mixes effortlessly. And finally, the main reason I drink this stuff is because it has completely gotten rid of the light headedness I would experience during training, and other high sweat activities. Also helps keeps keto symptoms at bay when I utilize that approach periodically.

I LOVE this electrolyte powder when I bought it in the individual packets. Since this powder is the best electrolyte drink for my health purposes, I wanted to invest in this larger size. Unfortunately, after about a week or two of opening the container and scooping out the powder with the plastic measurer that came inside, the powder started to harden up in the container. I thought maybe I wasn't being dry enough with the scooper, so I started using a new spoon each time and even left the silica package inside just in case. But no matter how hard I tried, the powder would get hard as a rock. Now, I chip at the powder with a knife and whatever breaks free I put in my water bottle. Even though this happens, I am still able to shake up and dissolve the powder in my water bottle. I want to continue with this brand because it's one of the few electrolyte drinks with no sugar, but the hassle of breaking out the powder is 'almost' becoming too much. I'm also starting to wonder if this powder loses any benefits from the ingredients when it hardens up because the texture is also very different. Flavors are still wonderful though.
