Q: What's the difference from purifying foaming gel cleanser for oily skin? can i use both?

Hi Eleanor! The Effaclar Cream Cleanser is formulated for oily skin that cleanses skin thoroughly and visibly minimize pores while removing excess oil. The Purifying Foaming Cleanser is a daily face wash for normal to oily skin. This foaming cleanser gently removes face and eye makeup, dirt, and impurities. Its formula removes excess oil while maintaining skin’s natural protective barrier and pH. Leaves skin feeling clean and fresh.

Q: I bought this product on feb. 5th and even though it says it's been delivered by feb. 10th, i still haven't received it yet! who can help me, please?

Did it say it would deprive red by feb10th?? Or it was delivered?? Did you see that they delivered it with a picture stating where it is cuz it might be in mailbox!!! I always get a picture where it was delivered or stating where it is !!

Q: how often can I use it? how long should I keep it on my face before washing it off?

The Effaclar Foaming Cream Cleanser can be used morning and night as a face wash. To apply, wet your face and gently massage the product into a light foam and then rinse. You do not need to let the product sit on the skin.
