Cable look
I liked the sturdiness of product. The length and look of exposed end were different , but still fit exactly like old one.

Some work required
I had to trim my couch some to get this to fit, but it works well and is metal instead of plastic, so I'm hoping it lasts longer

Easy replacement and good quality
I only needed the cable since it had broken at the end connector, so now I have a spare cable and lever.Very reasonable price and a perfect fit, took maybe 10 minutes - most of which was finding some pliers to remove the old clamp piece from the frame.

Glad they send a second cable
The pull handle is sturdy enough. My first original one was plastic. Got this for a replacement and went together fine. Two years later the cable end broke going into the handle. Admittedly the couch does get some use, so wear and tear may be normal. How I managed to save the second cable in the garage must've been pure luck. Connected up just like the old one. Back in business. Not sure if thicker cable can be used or not, but price wise, I'd say good value.I'd order again.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for my reclining love seat. A little difficult to attach to the love seat. But that’s not the fault of the supplier of the part but in the design of the furniture.

Perfect fit and easy to replace
Took less than 10 minutes to remove cheap plastic lever that came with the chair and install metal one that won’t break. The plastic one that came with the chair broke where the cable retainer was. I didn’t need the new cables. The new metal one was a perfect fit. Same screw holes and size. Unscrewed the old one, took the cable off at the end that was attached to the old lever, Pulled the cable back, put it in the hole in the new lever. Screwed back in two screws. Perfect. Now my wife is not going to replace the chair.
