I got this dress for a costume party. Its so nice! Fits well, nicely made. Good fabric and embroidery. I keep trying to work out how I could wear it in a non costume situation. Maybe with a different blouse...

I’m 5’1”, 145-150 lbs, ordered a size large. It fit just right. The white shirt is separate from the dress (as it should be!) but know that it’s not a full shirt, simply covering your breasts…& it’s actually way more comfortable fit this way than if it was a full shirt. Got lots of compliments…looking fwd wearing it again at the next Oktoberfest!

I ordered two drindls to try out and ended up returning this one for a couple of reasons: the color wasn't quite what I wanted, some of the materials were a bit cheaper looking, and the fit was just slightly off for me.It's a decent drindl for the price. It's not a costume but it's not quite the quality of 'real' clothes. The grommets on the front and the embroidery are nice. The blouse is a proper drindl blouse and I was happy the sleeves weren't too tight and the high collar was kind of cool. I very much could have worn this if I hadn't liked the other one more.On sizing, I bought a Large and I'm 5'2 and 150 and usually an 8-10. This was a bit big around the waist, but the cut of the arm holes on the drindle made it look tighter up top than it was, which I found a little odd.Like every other mid-range drindl I've seen, the apron is almost a joke. It'll work for a casual event, but if you plan on hanging out with real Germans, I'd recommend either jazzing it up somehow or using a different one.

I was pleasantly surprised at how cute this dirndl dress looks on me. It’s so cute and flattering. I’m really glad I purchased it for wurstfest. It runs pretty small, I usually wear a small or a medium and I ended up getting a large in this dress and I’m glad I did the small or medium would’ve been too small I am 5‘6“ 138 pounds and 34D. Hope this helps you with the sizing.

I am 5’11” and 165lbs. I ordered a large and ended up sending it back because I should’ve gotten a medium. I will absolutely order the right size for next year! The quality was very good and comfortable, I just personally didn’t like how big the white top was for me and having to cinch the front so tight the fabric was all bunched up. Super cute and great length!!

I ordered this in 2 sizes, both XL and XXL because I wanted to make sure at least one would fit. I tried the XL first and was excited when I tried it on and it fit, but then I noticed the zipper was broken beyond repair so sadly it wasn't going to work. I then tried on the XXL but knew immediately it was going to be way too large. Besides the zipper issue I could tell it was a decent made dress and would be perfect for an upcoming Halloween party. I am returning both and will order again, but when I originally ordered it was on a flash sale so I got the original dress at a much cheaper price then the one I need to reorder. Overall good dress, just double check when you unpack it.

I love the style/color and the embroidery. It fit perfectly however I agree with other reviews that the white shirt portion is somewhat laughable-- it barely fit over my chest/ends just at the bottom of a bra. I'll absolutely wear it again next year for the annual Oktoberfest party, but I think I'll look for another shirt to go underneath. Also- a huge thank you to Amazon re: delivery. My arrival date was delayed from the initial date (unkn reason) to after the date of my party. I called to see if there was anything to be done & explained the situation. The rep assured me I'd have it before the party. And I did indeed- it arrived 2 days before.

This dress is so cute! I got it for an Octoberfest party but like it enough that I'm planning to wear it again for Halloween. It's comfortable and flattering and seems to be well made, from the pictures the skirt looks kind of thick and stiff but it's actually a much lighter, more breathable material which pleasantly surprised me. The fabric makes kind of a loud swishing noise every time I move but that may go away with washing/time. I did read the reviews about sizing and was conflicted, I'm 5'6" about and about 155 pounds, my usual size is medium/8. I ended up sizing up to a large but wish I'd gone with my usual, the white shirt in particular is pretty big on me, but when worn until the dress it works ok so I'm just going to keep it. If you're unsure about sizing I say go with your usual and follow your instincts because everyone fits differently, I always size up for shorts, swimsuits and tights for example, but this didn't run large on me. My advise is get it!!

The colours go together beautifully the navy and pale blue embroidery and apron. I’m a size 16 and ordered 2XL but could have gone down a size. However with the drawstring bodice you can adjust it. My arms are slim so I sewed sheering elastic in the sleeves to get a more puffed effect. I shortened the apron by turning the waistband over so the skirt embroidery showed. Also I shortened the drawstrings on the bodice as they were very long. I wore it for a Eurovision evening and got lots of nice comments. The petticoat was ordered separately from Amazon and finished the outfit. I saw a recommendation for the petticoat in one of the reviews.

A fait son effet lors d'une soirée Oktoberfest!d'après le tableau de mesures j'avais dans un premier temps commandé une taille M et finalement je l'ai recommandé en taille S.
