Violet Shampoo

I've been using Aloxxi for years. Best purple shampoo on the market. Doesn't dry your hair out.

After coloring my hair for years, I decided to just grow it out and be "natural." My hair got dry and stuck out though, both the dyed hair and the silver and gray hair. The dyed hair was also brassy. I read about purple shampoo and read a great review of this product on huffpost, so I decided to try it. With just one shampoo and conditioning session, my hair is now soft and pliable, the dyed hair is so much prettier not being brassy, and my hair glitters in the light as well! Love this purchase.

While the name is Violet, I certainly was not expecting it was that because of the color, but as I pumped the bottle, out comes a very dark purple. Then I learned the hard way why the instruction suggests using gloves because the shampoo leaves your hands a little tinted if you do not wear gloves. But that does wear off pretty quickly after you are out of the shower. I do wish the shampoo had more of a violet smell because it is not the greatest shampoo scent I have ever smelled but it is quite faint and is quickly masked by my conditioner. Butt overall, this is a pretty good shampoo and does make my hair pop a little more after using it for a couple weeks.

Great product. Keeps yellow out of my grey hair and smells subtle and fresh. No candy ,fruit or overpowering fake floral scent which I like.

Makes hair feel soft

Works great as far as getting the brassyness out,but dries my hair out so much. Don't like the smell 😒 you have to use it every shampoo. Use a lot of conditioner to help.

Ive tried so many different purple shampoos and this is by far the best shampoo Ive used. It takes away brassiness and leaves your hair smelling amazing and soft.
