Solid!
This comes 99% assembled right out of the box. You have 1 screw for the back leg. That's it. The padding is comfortable. Your feet are firmly secure under the foot holder. SOLID! with a great price.

Targets quads!
I’ve been using this machine for two months now and I love it! Great for Targeting your quads and I’ve had ACL replacement so doing leg extensions with heavy weight was getting to me but this machine is perfect. Big notable difference and my squat weight has gone up significantly as well probably because the added strength to my quads from using this machine. Has the option of also doing back extensions.

Covid home gym game changer
This is by far one of the best value purchases for my Covid garage gym.I'm around 230lbs and had no problem using this with 50lb dumbbells for sissy squats. Back extensions seemed much less stable but honestly I got this for the sissy squats so that is likely the only thing I'll use this for.It was already put together out of the box, you just have to extend the stability arm and put one screw in, should take less than 5 min to have this out of the box and ready for use.Really like that the foot pad is screwed down so you can really crank the tension on your feet and keep you locked in place.Overall this is very high quality and should last a long time. I would have been happy paying nearly double what I did for this. Nice to find a value in this era of Covid price gouging on fitness equipment.

Very versatile!
This product is so versatile! I bought it to start building my home gym and it’s one of the best investments I’ve made so far! It’s light weight and folds down flat so in the small space I have that was a huge plus! Sissy squats are challenging even just doing body weight. I add resistance by wearing a weighted vest and any dumbells/kettlebells I have. This is a fantastic solution for doing quads/hamstrings/Glutes at home! I didn’t realize when I purchased it, that there are also two hooks at the front. I’ve attached heavy duty resistance bands to them with a clip and have found ways to also do biceps and overhead press.

Great addition if shorter than 5’7”
I love my new addition to my post Covid dilemma. So this is what I have to say, the sissy squat option is great for all Heights however the Roman chair option for your lower back is only comfortable if you are 5’7” or shorter.I am a female and I have no problem using the Roman chair option for my lower back however my boyfriend is 5’11 and it is too short it doesn’t reach his hip flexorsThis is a great addition and piece of equipment the only thing I had to modify is I had my boyfriend add anti-slip stickers onto the platform because it is very slippery and I think without them one could get hurt because there’s nothing keeping you solid on the platform it’s just too slippery. So I posted a picture of what I did to make the product that much better

If you want to save money and space get this
This is a good little squat and hyper extension bench. Very light so I can take this with me to train with clients. Although I think it would work beat with mainly my female clients. It doesn’t extend much on the hyperextension part and I am unsure of how much weight it can hold. Not the sturdiest in this position but the sissy squat works fine. Other sissy squat machines would be much better but none have the ability to do a hyperextension and save space like this one does.

I did not expect it to be this good!
I read the reviews which is what lead me to purchasing this model but I never thought I would like my purchase this much. I'm traditionally a black gear kind of guy and I took a chance on the gray/beige model. and it looks great in my place. My wife loved it at first glance and I've already had some intense sets with it. I highly recommend it , specially now during this unfortunate Covid era.
