These gliders are amazing! I have purchased other types that really don't allow me to slide well on wood, but these are fantastic! They glide really well so I'm not hurting myself trying to drag it instead of actually gliding. I couldn't be happier with these. Also, the surface area is great, so my foot isn't aimlessly searching for it when I'm doing a move that doesn't enable me to see it. They are extremely lightweight, effective, and fantastic for my workouts. Worth every penny!

I became addicted to sliders at my gym learning to do the mountain climber exercise. It was a blast but the sliders they have are the routine size and would fling off my feet every couple of moves and was quite frustrating. I went online looking for larger sliders and saw these, I have several SKLZ golf training aids that are super durable and really fun so I thought these would be good oversized ones to try. I was really surprised at how large these are and how much good traction and cushioning they have so your sneakers dig right in. They no longer fly off my feet and I am totally psyched to do some of the exercises that are on the SKLZ video you can watch online. If you need larger sliders these are by far the very best ones to get and super cheap too

I read about these as part of a glider workout in an issue of Shape magazine, so thought I'd go with these instead of the fabric gliders I've used at the gym. They work great on carpet. It takes some getting used to with foot placement because of the grid of grippy foam on the upper side, but really no complaints. Like many reviewers said, these would not work well on hardwood floors. They work fine on tile, but if there's any grit on the floor, you're probably going to be scraping that around.

I came across the idea of using sliders from a recommendation as a great way to implement core strengthening exercises. In the last few weeks I have been doing slider exercises. There are many routines online and on Youtube. So far I really like the portability of the sliders and that they work indoor on carpet, I am not in the need to test the Claim of whether they work on other surfaces. Slider exercises may look easy but are very challenging , hence providing an amazing total body workout. I started with inexpensive sliders from Amazon to give it sliders a try. Those were okay but the small size made my feet slide off easily and foot placement was critical to how well they slid. I have since upgraded to the Slidz by Skilz and these are far superior. The Skilz are larger in size, contoured on top to reduce slipping and have a smoother bottom surface. These are well worth the extra money. Highly recommend these over other less expensive sliders.

Just started using them 2nd knee replacement soon. So far so good

I got these sliders about a month ago. They are very nice, light and very comfortable (I use them in many ways when I am doing side crunches to rest my elbow and/or put them under my knee for support). The only issue is that I noticed that they are starting to come apart. The bottom portion of the slider is coming apart. I will test them for another week or so to determine if I will have to return them.

These are great! I first bought the top reviewed cheaper ones, and they were small, stuck to the carpet and I'd end up having my foot ground into it painfully, repeatedly. They were awful. Then I found these- it's like 10x the product. The foam on top is soft, foamy, thick, and cushiony, with a grip texture. The plastic on bottom is much thicker + rigid hard and very smooth- never gotten stuck on the carpet even once! My wife loves these too- she puts them on her feet, and goes "skating" around the floor! xD They also have the option to clip together, so you can use them like a skateboard! So if the other ones were a badly implemented possible good design- these are actually a well refined, exceptional execution of the idea. I would recommend them for everyone- fun or exercise!
